6. Appointments, Booking, Cancellations and No-Shows
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
By scheduling an appointment with Joia Skin, you agree to provide accurate booking information and comply with our Cancellation/No-Show Policy.
Each appointment is reserved specifically for the client and requires dedicated time, preparation, and resources.
48+ Hours Notice
Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not incur a fee.
Less Than 48 Hours Notice
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Less Than 24 Hours / Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Appointments, Memberships, Packages and Promotions
This policy applies to all services, memberships, packages, and promotional appointments.
By booking an appointment with Joia Skin, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation/No-Show Policy and authorize applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to the payment method or card on file where permitted.
7. Payments and Purchases
Prices for products, treatments, packages, memberships, and other services may be displayed on the Site or through our booking and payment platforms.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice unless otherwise required by law or an existing written agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information when making a purchase or booking an appointment.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Additional terms, restrictions, expiration dates, or refund policies may apply to packages, memberships, promotions, gift cards, or specific services.
8. Mobile Messaging and Communications
Joia Skin may provide SMS and MMS text messaging communications relating to appointments, customer service, account or service updates, treatment information, promotions, special offers, and other communications you have elected to receive.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to SMS communications from Joia Skin, you consent to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from Joia Skin at the telephone number you provided.
Messages may include:
Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Scheduling and rescheduling communications
Customer service communications
Service and treatment updates
Product information
Promotional offers
Special events
Marketing communications
Messages may be sent using automated or technology-assisted systems.

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product, treatment, or service from Joia Skin.

Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a Joia Skin text message.
After submitting a valid STOP request, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
You will no longer receive SMS messages through that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
