Cancellation/no-show policy

At Joia Skin, each appointment is reserved specifically for you and requires dedicated time, preparation, and resources. To best serve all clients, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• 48+ hours notice
Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not incur a fee.

• Less than 48 hours notice
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

• Less than 24 hours / Same-day cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

• No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

• Appointments & Packages
This policy applies to all services, memberships, packages, and promotional appointments.

By booking an appointment with Joia Skin, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Charges will be applied to the card on file.
