Ericka Lamourt
My name is Ericka Lamourt, and I’m the owner and founder of Joia Skin. As a proud Puerto Rican, born and raised in Orlando, Florida, I’ve always had a passion for helping women and anyone navigating the challenges of skin concerns. When I started Joia Skin in 2018, my vision was to create a welcoming space where skincare education and guidance are accessible to everyone—without the overwhelm or guesswork.
My own journey with body image struggles, PCOS, and hormonal challenges taught me just how difficult it can be to find the right answers and solutions. Those experiences gave me the empathy and drive to walk alongside others on their path to healthier, more confident skin. At Joia Skin, I strive to make every client feel seen, supported, and empowered—because everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their own skin.

Ericka Lamourt is the owner and founder of Joia Skin. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, and proud of her Puerto Rican roots, she created Joia Skin in 2018 with a mission to make skincare education and personalized guidance accessible to everyone. Inspired by her own experiences with body image struggles, PCOS, and hormonal challenges, Ericka brings empathy and expertise to every client’s journey toward healthier, more confident skin.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Ericka loves lifting weights, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with her miniature long-haired dachshund, Benni.

Adelaide is a licensed medical esthetician with over four years of experience helping clients feel confident and radiant in their skin. She is also a Licensed Electrologist and has advanced training in microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, SkinBetter, and several other medical-grade skincare lines.
Passionate about customizing treatments to meet each client’s unique needs, Adelaide specializes in clearing acne, brightening pigmentation, anti-aging solutions, and enhancing the natural glow of all skin types. Her priority is always to ensure clients feel comfortable, cared for, and beautiful in their own skin.
Outside of the treatment room, Adelaide is a proud mom to a spirited five-year-old daughter. When she’s not reading her favorite rom-com novels, you can often find her creating fun skincare reels to share her knowledge and love for skin health.
