Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Joia Skin website (the "Site") and the services, products and programs offered through it. By using the Site, booking an appointment or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Services

Joia Skin provides skin-care treatments performed by licensed estheticians. Information on the Site describes our services generally and is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person, and before-and-after photos show individual clients' outcomes, not a guarantee of yours. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medications or sensitivities before a treatment.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are booked through Boulevard and are subject to availability and confirmation. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee or forfeit a deposit, as explained at booking. Arriving late may shorten your treatment.

Memberships, Packages and Promo Codes

Membership and package terms, including billing, pausing and cancellation, are set out when you join and managed through Boulevard. Promo codes and referral rewards are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash, may be limited to certain services or products, and expire on the date shown. We may withdraw a code that has been shared publicly or used in a way it was not intended.

Online Orders

Product prices, shipping and taxes are shown at checkout and payments are processed by Stripe. We ship within the United States. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange; opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived damaged or faulty. Contact us before returning anything.

Client Accounts

You are responsible for the email address and sign-in codes used to access your account and for keeping your details accurate. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Referral Program

You may refer friends who are new to Joia Skin. Rewards are issued as described on the referral page and may change or end at any time. We may withhold rewards for referrals that are self-referrals, duplicates or otherwise not made in good faith.

Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it in any way that breaks the law or these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, images, logos and photos, belong to Joia Skin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute Site content without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

Booking, payments, financing and some products are provided by third parties, including Boulevard, Stripe and Cherry, under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joia Skin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
