Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, including when you:

• Book or request an appointment — your name, email address, phone number, the service you chose and any notes you add. Online booking is provided by Boulevard, whose own privacy policy also applies.
• Create a client account — your email address and the sign-in codes we send to it.
• Buy products online — your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Refer a friend — your name and email and your friend's name and email, used only to match their first booking and send the rewards we've promised.
• Subscribe to our newsletter or contact us — your email address and anything you include in your message.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you view, through cookies and analytics tools.

Skin Photos

Before-and-after photos are taken and shared only with your written consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us and we will stop using the images.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments and to provide your treatments.
• To process orders, ship products and provide receipts.
• To run your client account, the referral program and promo codes.
• To send updates and offers you have opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations, including record-keeping requirements for treatments.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features such as the shopping bag.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the studio, with:

• Service providers that power the site and our communications — for example Boulevard (booking), Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting of our data), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email) and Google (analytics).
• Professional advisers, and where required to comply with law, legal process or to protect our rights.
• A successor business in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, to keep the treatment records the law requires, and to meet our legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your Choices and Rights

• Marketing emails: unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Your account: you can update your details under My account.
• Access and deletion: you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us at the details below. Some treatment records must be retained by law.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian's consent, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 online.

Third-Party Links

Our website links to third-party sites we do not control, such as our booking and product partners. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
